Jurella

Email it requests like: Find me the email discussing the indemnity cap on the Calder deal.

The AI legal agent that works from your inbox.

Email it the way you would email a colleague. It finds the emails and files you need, researches the law and replies in the same thread with a draft for your review.

Non-compete memo for the Harbor matter

Please draft a short memo on whether the two-year non-compete in the attached employment agreement is enforceable in New York. Flag anything you need from me.

Jurella Draft for your review

  • Memo attached: the restriction is likely too broad as written, with a narrower alternative.
  • Citations checked: each one verified against public sources.
  • Not confirmed: whether the employee was let go without cause. Please advise.

How it works

No new app to learn. You work the way you already do: by email.

  1. Your IT team sets it up

IT installs Jurella on your firm's own server or cloud account and activates it with the registration key we send when your firm joins the pilot.

  2. Give your agent a mailbox

IT creates a mailbox for your agent, such as [email protected], and connects the document libraries you use.

  3. Send it work

Email your agent a task. It answers in the same thread, usually within minutes, and asks when something is unclear.

What it does

It does the legwork and brings it back to you in the same thread, for your review.

Finds it in the email trail

Ask for the earlier thread or the number everyone agreed on. It searches the agent mailbox and the threads you copy it on, and cites the sender and date.

Finds and reads your files

Searches SharePoint, OneDrive, iManage, NetDocuments and local folders, including scanned PDFs. Only the sources your IT team connects for you.

Researches the law

Searches case law and reads the full opinions before relying on them. Anything it could not verify is flagged, not hidden.

Drafts and reviews

Memos, research answers, agreements and reviews of the other side's markup, drawing on a library of real filed briefs and contracts. It learns who leads each matter and drafts in that lawyer's style and preferences, so work for anyone on the team reads the way the lead would write it.

Works with your calendar

Once you sign in, it checks your own Outlook calendar. When your firm turns it on, it also adds holds and reminders to your time. Invites to anyone else go out only after you reply yes.

Asks before it acts

When something is unclear, it asks instead of guessing. Nothing is sent to anyone without your OK.

Built for confidential work.

Designed around the way firms already protect client information.

Runs in your firm's systems.

Jurella runs on your firm's own server or cloud account. Matter files, drafts and logs stay there. The text of each request is processed by the AI model provider your firm chooses: Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock or Microsoft Foundry.

Access your IT team controls.

It reaches only the mailboxes and document sources your IT team connects, and your own calendar once you sign in.

A draft, always.

Every reply goes to the lawyer who asked, as a draft for attorney review, and says what it did not do or could not confirm.

Join the pilot

We are working with a small number of firms to set up Jurella, tune it to their practice and hear what to improve. Pilot firms get hands-on setup help and no fees during the pilot.
